PLEASE STOP BY BETWEEN 1-6PM ON SATURDAY, 5-19-12 or SUNDAY, 5-20-12 AT THE CORNER OF CORNWALL STREET and DAWSON LANE (8833 Cornwall ~ Tony and Kathy Scaringi's home) to have your Key Fobs re-activated for the 2012 season, or to pick up your Key Fob if you do not have one. Our small, non-gated community is located on the border of Cabarrus County and Stanly County off of Highway 200 in the city of Locust, NC. We currently have approximately 80 wonderful families who have made Meadow Creek Village their home. There are currently 6 beautiful homes and 13 lots that are available. We are a homeowners association community with a yearly assessment. For more information, please contact any member of the Meadow Creek Village Homeowners Association Board of Directors.

Meadow Creek Village is a quiet, family-oriented community. Visitors will likely be greeted by friendly waves and smiling children. Our community pool invites residents and their guests to cool off and relax on hot summer days. With over 20 acres of additional undeveloped common area, we have plenty of room for future amenities for all of our families to enjoy, such as playgrounds and walking trails.

Just a friendly reminder - There is no parking on the streets at this time. If you are having a party please notify The Police to make them aware. In Meadow Creek Village, there is no soliciting without a permit from The City of Locust. Residents make sure if someone comes to your door you ask to see their permit.
